Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy starts when 12 working days have passed since your purchase. We can replace the item only if tracked shipping shows NOT delivered. If tracking shows delivered and the address is correct then we trust the shipper info.
For shipments to HMO (house of multiple occupancy) or apartments. It is your responsibility to locate/receive the parcel. Do NOT attempt to claim it was delivered, but you did not receive, we are NOT accountable for your household, you are.
